Fresh
peach crisp recipe is a delicious dessert with cinnamon and whipped
topping or ice cream.
INGREDIENTS

1 (10 oz) jar red current jelly
·
1 tsp. ground ginger
·
1 tsp. dry mustard
·
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
·
1/4 cup wine vinegar
·
1 1/2 cups fresh sliced peaches
·
1 cooked beef roast
PREPARATION: Combine jelly, ginger, mustard,
orange rind and vinegar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring
occasionally, until jelly is melted. Add fresh peaches. Heat thoroughly.
Serve over roast. Makes about 2 cups. Note: Only 85 calories, no
fat.
